I  would highly recommend Azar Jewelers!  I recently discovered them when a friend insisted I call them after finding my dog had chewed my engagement ring.  They were able to make it look like new and cleaned it better than any other jeweler ever had.  Forget the chain stores...you will get much better service here than anywhere else.  They do cleanings for free!  Keep in mind, I have NEVER purchased any jewelry from them, but they will still clean my engagement ring and wedding band for free...that is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!  And I am a HUGE FAN of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The store I bought my ring from would charge me $30 to have it cleaned and it never looked as clean as the day my husband proposed.  The sparkle was there after it was cleaned at Azar.  The place I bought my ring is only a mile away from my home, but I will instead continue to drive the 40 minutes to get to Azar Jewelers in South Barrington. Free cleanings, excellent customer service, beautiful selection of jewelry, custom items available....well worth the drive to South Barrington!!!!!

Azar Jewelers is one of the nicest jewelry stores I have ever set foot in.  It’s located in such a nice shopping plaza   and we decided to stop in before dining at Coopers Hawk one evening.  The staff was so friendly and helpful and   the owner was there to help in any way he could.  Such a pleasant experience.  They were not pushy at all, like   most stores I have visited.  My husband ended up returning the next week to purchase the ring we were looking at.   Thank  you Peter.  You have a wonderful store and staff.

Best jewelers ever!  They have always been very helpful with me, and now that I am married we go there much more often.  We feel like they are affordable, reasonable, and always very kind and helpful.  I would highly recommend for anyone looking for Jewelry.  We live 250 miles away now and try to shop here whenever we need something. Custom Jewelry is also a plus.  The Jeweler is extremely helpful and the craftsmanship is amazing.  Would recommend for custom pieces and/or repairs as well.

Azar is the BEST Jewelry store in the entire Chicagoland area!  The staff is great and the selection outstanding.  They are not pushy and really help you find what you are looking for. So friendly and knowledgeable.

I discovered Azar via a referral.  I had a poor experience at another jeweler and need to find someone new.  I have found my Jeweler for life!  I have made several purchases and even have had items fixed.  The prices are great and the quality is second to none! I have dealt with Kristen for most of my purchases and she had always been great with helping me pick something that goes with my wife's taste. They will have my business for a longtime and you would be crazy not to give them a try.  Not the typical jewelry store by any means.

What a nice store!  Azar Jewelers in the Arboretum (Barrington) has such a nice selection of jewelry and designs   that you do not find at the ‘other places’.  It was so nice to see something other than the cookie cutter pieces.  The  woman who helped me was very friendly and really knew  her jewelry.  I will definitely recommend this store to  others.

My husband was able to get a very affordable and beautiful bridal set for our wedding.  Not once have we ever felt ripped off or mishandled.  The beauty of going to a place like a Azar is that they will ALWAYS be honest with you- and if you set a budget they will always work with you.  They never have made us feel cheated (unlike a lot of chain stores) and the quality is always top notch.  Faddi (aka Fred)  is the best and if you stop in, you should always ask to deal with him.  He is very direct, honest, and never makes you feel like you HAVE to buy anything.  If only every jewelry store was like that...

The owners are great people to work with. They are always willing to search for or make what you need at a reasonable price. I've always felt that my needs were #1.
